Very bad experience with the customer service. I called to desk section, such a rude person and very unprofessional way of customers dealing, which he didn’t sort out my problem unfortunately when I asked about his name straight away he cut the phone call, absolutely he was an Indian. I hope the manager would think about it and make sure to not happen again with others.
We purchased a dishwasher & Fridge from Mohammad in the electrical section and he was lovely to talk us through the difference between everything & get us a great deal. On top of everything the fridge we got I wasn't happy with when delivered & Mohammad & Connor was lovely enough to go above & beyond to get us the fridge we wanted that was on back order and had it delivered to us a few days later from interstate with no extra delivery charge. If you need anything talk to him & he will help you out.
just went to harvey norman to buy a ninja air fryer although good guys and jbhifi had for the same price $237 harvey norman came with a $20 gift voucher which made sense to choose harvey norman as best option upon being greeted by an unfriendly rude sales girl who looked like she hated her job ii asked her if the $20 gift voucher could be used on the air fryer taking it off the total price as I've done this in the past when purchasing a TV here full of attitude she declined that idea imediately stating this wasn't possible the voucher was to purchase another item i went on to tell her I previously bought a TV here with a similar gift voucher included and the sales person on that day had no problem in taking the gift voucher of the initial price after some serious eye rolling by the sales girl she shuffled off to ask her manager which I don't think was the case just seemed like another worker who backed her up this cant be done she waltz back with the same bad attitude saying we won't be able to do that so i decided ok wel go to jb hifi then which she didn't seem to care a whole lot that she'd just lost a sale anyway went into jbhifi asked if they could price match harvey normans $20 gift voucher taking it off the total no problem they said job done purchased it on the spot $217 lesson learnt don't bother with harvey norman
Very big and spacious store and many furniture to choose from including electrical and electronic items. Very friendly customer service like Sam in the bedding dept and Priya in the washer/dryer/fridge dept. They're very helpful indeed. Would not hesitate to come back here and buy other things again. A lot of carpark space.
We attended the Munno Para store in search of a new bed and bedding. Sales consultant Marcus was exceptional in assisting us with determining the best mattress and base for our needs and also supporting us to be able to include additional bedding within our budget. Marcus was attentive and supportive of our communication needs as well sharing his industry knowledge to assist in making the purchase to suit us. Thanks again Marcus!
