I didn't know this shop existed! I got my air fryer almost $100 cheaper than rrp which made it similar price to the one below model?! I would definitely go back to this shop if I need anything from Harvey Norman!
It's a small outlet compare to it's other stores..you can find cheaper and good deals here.
It's a great place to get your electronic home appliances from. The products are either carton damage, factory seconds, new buy old style or sometimes even brand new ones. So the cost is much marked down from the original selling price. And the carton damage or factory second are only minor damages like a dent that is barely visible or a scratch that doesn't affect the functioning of the appliance in any manner. The staff is very personable and helpful. The delivery rates are very affordable too - includes installation. We ended up purchasing a brand new 8kg front-load washing machine for $549. It was heavily marked down and $50 cheaper than online
Decent prices for good products. Nice place to look around, simple layout and easy to tell where everything is at a glance. Unlike Ikea got lost there for 4 weeks "I know a shortcut dad said, don't call for help I can figure it out he said".
Was recommended by a few online webpages about clearance sale in this outlet. Most of the items we had shortlisted would cost us lesser even though marginally for a brand new one at a regular Harvey Norman store as compared to this "seconds" store. Would not recommend going in here without doing your research first.
This outlet store is great. If you are looking for a major or minor for that matter household appliance, you'd be foolish to not consider looking here. We were after a new dishwasher, so went in one day to look at what they had can't view online due to constantly changing stock. Went home to do a bit of internet research and chose a model based on that. The saving from this place compared to fill retail was $200. Some models might a minor scratch or mark on them ours didn't but for $200 off, we wouldn't of cared. So, we purchased a dishwasher from here today, took it home, connected it up only to have it leak quite substantially from the bottom. Gave them a call to let them know what had happened and without any hesitation, they told us to return it and they'd replace it. We did, they did, and the replacement is working like a charm. Well done and thankyou guys. GREAT SERVICE!
This place is good as you have a descent variety of goods and they will give even more off the prices when you purchase them. They have a huge range of fridges, ovens and washers and dryers. You really cant go wrong when you purchase from here. And they will also help to carry to the items to your car even if it is parked just down the road.
I made enquiries about a front load washer on behalf of my daughter this morning. I was assisted by Peter. I was given solid information. My daughter attended the store and given additional assistance. The machine will be delivered tomorrow and old machine removed. What a stellar effort by the staff at Mike End. My daughter works in essential services, this means washing can be attended in an appropriate manner providing protection for her family and the community. Great work Harvey Norman team.
Scott is the reason we keep coming back, he takes us seriously as a young couple who want quality appliances for a great price. Other retail stores, including Harvey Norman do not take us seriously and do not approach us, and assume we want the cheapest, lowest quality gear. Scott knows what he is talking about and he will work out a great deal. A real warehouse: stock is random and you may not find something today, but that's how a factory outlet should be. Plenty of bargains to be had if you look around.
This place is a joke! Great customer service then when you actually wait for your product to be delivered they sell it! I paid a deposit on all appliances for my kitchen. Walked around the shop with a guy putting sold stickers on what I wanted and ordered sinks etc there and then, we spent thousands on all. Paid a deposit & was told we had to wait for sink for all to be delivered. Couple days later went back in to buy my mother in-law a vacuum another couple $$ spent seen my beautiful fridge had a red sold sticker on it. 2 weeks later we get a phone call to say sink has arrived & can deliver. Husband takes time off of work. Everything delived except no fridge. Where is the fridge my husband asks? No fridge on invoice but you need to pay the full amount including fridge price?! Take everything back! Call store they dealt with the situation and orders another from Victoria to be delivered the following week. So my turn to take a day off of work hoping to go back this afternoon - phone call this morning 8am to say my goods won't be delivered till 1330! * husband day off work = 0 pay * sold fridge = paid deposit * wanted us to pay for fridge = 0 fridge * me day off of work = 0 pay With this hassle I would of rather paid that few hundred extra as we had missed out of a days wage! They had us by the balls cos our kitchen was measured around these appliances. Laundry next to renovate I will not be purchasing appliances from this place nor any of Harvey Normans stores ever again!
