I ordered a Nintendo switch with two games. One was on backorder and I had to chase them up twice with phone calls and then when I went to pick up said game the staff were rude,blunt and couldn't work out there own computer system for a simple receipt. Overall I wouldn't go back to Harvey Norman Rutherford. Poor staff and no knowledge. Very disappointed.
A very big thank you to the Manager of Bedding Greg Flack who more than surpassed our expectations with his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to come and help us put our new gaslift bed together even after sending us a utube video and instructions. What an extremely nice man and asset to the Store.

We were hoping to purchase a new TV and with his help, friendly service, patience and knowledge we were able to purchase the right TV for right price.
