Surprisingly great experience, and deals!! Despite the general negativity about the brand, we had a very good experience here, proving that it is the staff that make the difference in customer experience. The staff here were very helpful, the store surprisingly has an excellent availability of electronics compared to similar other Retail chains. Highly recommended for the super staff here!

Ali helped deliver my washing machine. His service was absolutely fantastic and was a very kind and charming person. Extremely polite! They called me prior to arriving and did everything that was asked of including set up the new washing machine and taking away the old one. Highly recommended.
Had my fridge and tv delivered by Ali and his partner. I have never come across any delivery guys so professional and polite before. When they arrived we were greeted with excellent customer service. They then handled the goods with absolute care and happily moved it to the locations i requested. They unloaded promptly but never made me feel like they were just in a rush to dump and go like normal delivery guys do. Absolute top blokes.
We were there to buy range hood. All our concerns and questions were addressed and we got more info and knowledge, thanks to Mohammed, who served us. Then we also bought a vacuum. A big thanks to Lucas, who spent a good a amount of time going through the options for us and getting us the best deal. It was a very good experience buying that vacuum, thanks to Lucas.

The sales person wasn't helpful at all. I pointed out which fridge I wanted to buy, he quickly said 'Out of Stock' and I said what about similar ones. He said the same and without offering any help or suggestions. So I commented to him that he can't help me, he smiled and said he can't. So I smiled and left. I understand if there is no stock but there wasn't any customer service or at least an apology. I will think twice about coming back again.
A big thank you to Ali for delivering my fridge today. He was super friendly and was kind enough to move my old fridge into the garage for me. He took such good care of my product and being careful while navigating it through my house. Thank you so much Ali.

Be careful of their refund policy, no refund from change of mind, even without a notice before we make the payment. We bought the laptop $1299 in store, which is $200 expensive than the same product in the other shops when we check later. Copy their REFUND POLICY as below. "Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order." We will never go back to Harvey Norman again.
