Good experience with staff whitegoods, photos and electronics over several visits in recent years. The staff I've encountered have been genuinely helpful and friendly, the same can't be said for other competing stores in the area. Worth a visit
So many varieties and super friendly staff.. they have toilets so pretty convenient if you have kids. Just the prices are not affordable but they have a 60 mnths interest free system in place.
I purchased a laptop here this morning, luckily with the advice and assistance of Anthony. He was incredibly helpful and patient and professional - I couldn’t believe my luck. I will definitely return to HN and hope there are others like Anthony in other departments of this store.
Big place. But looked like not many customers due to CV19 spacing. But electronics was busy. Had to pick up a click and collect item. Directions from the store were nice and clear. Staff were efficient and courteous. I got my item in a few minutes. Well done to staff.
