Nataile is honestly the most beautiful, respectful, incredible, easy to get along with person in that store! She is super helpful, her product knowledge is top tier, she is a wonderful person to be served by, super friendly and had a good laugh! Your company is so lucky to have someone with such a big personality to represent your store! You can really tell she loves working here and builds a proper relationship with her customers! She is the perfect person to represent HARVEY NORMAN and the Warrawong store is honestly full of wonderful people. Matthew, who helped us out with the fridge was super patient and lovely. He is a great asset to you team! Your company should be so proud to have them both on board. They have left a mark on me and I really enjoyed shopping at your Warrawong store. I would never come back here to buy appliances! Unless I will install it myself. Their delivery tram are the worse. They will drop your machine and leave even though I paid extra for connecting the new machine and taking the old one. I called them wondering why did they just dropped it since I live in a building with security and they had to go through them first. I asked why they did not call me if the reception did not allow them and they started screaming at me! When I screamed back the boy and his manager were unbelievably rude!! I asked for the machine to be returned because I would never allow those men in my home!! The one star is for Sean who works at the appliance section who tried his best to help me. Thanks Sean for your good attitude and cooperation
Never buy furniture from this store. We have been in an ongoing battle for over two years with outdoor furniture that broke due to poor welding and being painted over. I had it checked by welder who confirmed welding and the grinding after the weld were poor. Seems there are several revues here on furniture issues. One staff member contacted me last year to advise the manufacturer had finally agreed to replace the chair in the new year after the Christmas rush. It was one chair after spending around $6000 on furniture with this store. No follow up no chair and no answer to my follow up inquiry especially when they ignore the consumer laws. Simply do not shop here.
Been going to Harvey Norman warrawong for years never had a problem with the staff. Today the sales person couldn't get rid off us fast enough, she didn't really know anything and the the person at the cash register didn't have any customer service skills. I feel like a whinger for this review but you had to be there to see it. I'll go down the road next time. Other than that I love my Smeg kettle
Big shout out to Paul and kate from furniture and Trudi from bedding. Super friendly, approachable, excellent customer service. The proprietor should be proud and is clearly leading the right way.
We ordered a washing machine online and it sent us to the Shellharbour store. James helped us with our order and organised for us to pick it up from a closer depot. He called to confirm, and then called again to make sure it was all collected and there was nothing else we needed from him. This was an impressive amount of service and every step of the way he was polite and sooo helpful. We are really impressed and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.
It's always exciting going to Harvey Norman at Warrawong you check up the prices before you go and when you get there their was a price special on the item and you still get more of the items I bought 2 items and I saved $250.00 how good is that thanks for a great time.
I don’t recommend buying furniture at this store, I recently bought a 2 seater recliner at this location only to find lots of dog hair, a filthy rag underneath the seat and a hidden tear about 15cm. These people should be ashamed of themselves for scamming peoples
We went in to browse, to get some ideas for upgrading furniture. We were approached by friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcome, a positive shopping experience.
