Truly Nathan is an asset to the company, he is very passionate about his job and he makes sure customers get the best value of their hard earned money. Absolutely great. We bought a $2900 TV last week and today it came out on special for $1900. We took the receipt in and HN honoured the special and refunded us $1000. It would have been an excellent TV at $3000, even better at the sale price. I
The female staff at Apple computer section need to be more customer service orientated. Never stood up to greet. All vibes were negative from her. She just sat there all the time warming up the chair. She needs more training.
So happy with my purchase. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
