Refused to price match competitor despite their alleged "price match guarantee". Customer loyalty should work both ways. Don't waste your time, stick to the good guys etc.
I bought a mattress from Tempur at the Domayne store before it closed but I had to return and the manager from Woodville Harvey Norman helped me to deal with the manufacturer and return my defective mattress. Since then I bought another bed frame and he was always very attentive and helpful.
The store is very welcoming and have so much to offer. Definitely recommend them if you need something
