Sepaterate franchises with totally different customer experiences. I’ve always been treated the best in furniture, not bad in computers & unfortunately hit n miss in electrical. Some staff fantastic but I never seem to strike the same ones again.

Bought a heap of stuff yesterday and was assisted by Mark and Rick.  Both were very helpful and bent over backward to assist us.  Will not hesitate to shop there again

They are not Pushy, but just good salespeople. I have Ben there and they will always come and ask if you need assistance, if you do, the will assist.  If you don't' the will be happy to let you Browse.

If you know anything about selling, the biggest mistake a Salesperson can make is failing to ask the question...... do you wish to purchase that item.....
