I recently moved to Kingaroy and purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture from Harvey Norman I only had a problem with two items the toaster when I returned it I was asked did I want on the same and they replaced it and the same thing with a range hood that was scratched It was replaced immediately The gift card didn’t have a date on it but I was told it was in their computer and lasted 3 years I would recommend Harvey Norman Kingaroy to anyone

Great customer service and willing to answer any questions you may have.

I purchased a lounge from Harvey Norman in Kingaroy a couple of years ago, and it's been the worst lounge I've ever gotten. The USB charges no longer work, the padding has sunken in many parts, and in every seat you can feel the springs. I will never buy a lounge through Harvey Norman again.

Super helpful staff. My purchased items were in stock and available for immediate pick up and I was given a really competitive price. Very happy and highly recommend.

I purchased a product from this store, the product had a 10% attached being $230 in Novem 2023 -key pointsn1. The product was delivered and so badly wrapped that we threw away the screws to assemble the bed.n2. Took 2 hours to return the calln3. They lost gift card when went to pick up.n4.  Due to the above - the lady didn't put an expiry date on the card and was told they would honor it going forward if I wanted something.n5. Found out today this would not be the case as they wouldn't honor the card because it had expired - they would not acknowledge the card had no date, I have the original invoice which doesn't say about the card and was told to own the problem by the Manager.nnWould not recommend people to shop at the store
