We spoke with Craig this morning regarding a problem with our current TV. He was so helpful. He took the time to demonstrate the steps we needed to take on our TV at home and pointed us in the right direction for the new products we needed. Our TV and soundbar now work like new! Thanks Craig for the exceptional service. We will definitely return in the future.
Really unprofessional staff William in particular in furniture section as they dont know what they have in their warehouse and what they dont. And they dont even apologise for wasting peoples time. Paid for a couple of bedside tables and went to pickem up at the warehouse. the warehouse staff said they were unavailable while the system were showing they r. Ok I understand that there might be a mistake in your system record but I expect an apology William. Its simpler to apologise than to justify by bringing up excuses.

Ask a Question about some TV'S. Sale person didn't know what there were banging on about just made up stuff on the fly and doing a really bad job of it.... As I already new the answers and then again confirmed the lies with another store. That store isn't what it seems...
