Never go anywhere else, staff are always so welcoming and they price match as well. I never feel awkward for asking for a price match like I do elsewhere. Thanks team, don't change!

The best pharmacy in the area. Theresa, Amanda and Luke are always happy and very helpful so are the rest of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I have alot of scripts to fill over a month and they always look after me. Do not understand the negative reviews, must be very fussy people !!! It is hard too get good service these days but these guys are 10/10.

Best Chemist in the area!! The staff know their stuff and are extremely helpful and kind! I attended the store today with a cold negative on my covid test. Leanne greeted me with her usual happy bubbly self and assisted me straight away.  She politely asked if I'd wait out side whilst she completed my order and pay then.  This i totally understood because it's not just all about me... it's about respecting the rest of the community and what they maybe dealing with as well.  Lots of seriously ill people go to this store and if it means i have to wait out side for a couple of mins to prevent spreading off germs then that's ok.  In no way was the service i received today any different from my previous visits... always kind and helpful. Thanks team I'll be back! Keep doing what you're doing!!

Not happy with the service at this branch. Been there about 5 times now for a script that needs to be filled every month. You're just a number and always have to wait even when phoning in advance. Despite this being a regular pick up, there is no service to preorder my meds - have to call in every single month to make sure they get it in stock. Also had instances where I've called in to order and the meds were not there when I came in the next day to collect. Overall just too frustrating

Went to the phamacy today and was informed by Jodi that customers without masks will not be served in the store even if they have a medical exemption. We have to stand outside and wait to be served. Jodi advised that this is the owner's policy. I asked if she meant that this is Luke Edmund's policy and she confirmed that it is. This is the first time I have been discriminated for having a medical condition that is beyond my control. Shame on you Luke Edmunds!

What a lovely chemist to visit! All their staff are very welcoming and friendly. Quick service and great selection of products.

Nice and Friendly staff and great service.  Had my flu vaccine and I  get my prescriptions from there also.

Charging $3 each for one-time-use masks was taking advantage of the situation. Other shops had them for a $1 each.  I'd rather stitch my own. I'd rather use my 6-year old son's underwear. Kmart sells them for a $1 each and they provide more coverage area than a regular mask.  Otherwise, a great pharmacy.

Really happy with the great friendly service and cost of prescriptions. I was paying $20+ more per script at another local chemist. I'll always be going to Terry White from now on.

Great that these guys can price match anyone. Wouldn’t go down next door at “Discount Drug Store” during trading hours to get anything. Friendly service and loyalty program to save more which chemist warehouse doesn’t have and be price matched to them as well.
