Harry Held you should be called the hell. Ordered glassess yesterday 1:30pm. Called later that day to cancel the order due to health insurance issues. Also went to the shop at 11AM the next day, they lied into their customers face!!! Was told they already started the glasses while I was told the glasses won't be ready after 1.5 weeks later and all their glasses are made off-site in a lab. We will take further on this. DO NOT borther with this shop<!!!! Very poor customer services
I thought this place couldn't be as bad as others have made out. I asked about prices to replace my lenses. They said they dont give prices unless I decide to go ahead. I asked how I was supposed to decide. These people really disgust me, as I felt I was treated with utter contempt. I dont know how the business survives
Wanted to purchase a expensive pair of Lindberg helpibg the local busines but the attitude of the sales person at the counter just put me off. I spent more and bought from Melbourne CBD for purely customer satisfaction and care.
Reception staff won't let me see the practitioner without my private health insurance and won't give me my script without my email address or my health insurance. I'm sorry to give a bad review because the optometrist was so lovely
Terrible customer service and very high prices... Wanted to charge me $10 to quickly put a screw in my sunnies... Cannot beat Peter Merrett Optometrist in Windsor... Only place I will be going from now on...
Very helpful in fixing my glasses, did it on the spot and got it right first go. Thanks.
