Customer service is excellent in this store. Sarah and Michelle were very helpful when I visited the store last week. I rang three times and Michelle listened very patiently and did her excellent to resolve my problem. Thank you so much guys for your services. I really appreciate it....
Site promises online click and collect orders to be ready in a couple of hours but doesn’t deliver and in the worst possible way.I ordered an item just before 12 and the site said it would be ready in 2 hours, it took almost 7. I called the store 10 times after 4:16pm Nobody answered. I had to call the general number for Harris Scarfe to complain and there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. My wife finally got through to the store after she had called 3 times after my 10. They gave the excuse that they were doing stocktake. That is not a reason to ignore 12 phone calls or stop processing online ordered that are promised to be completed in 2 hours. I will be reporting to the ombudsman for false advertising. These are 2 customer service experiences that are pretty easy to not mess up. Worst customer service experience we have ever had.
Buy some shirts, pants, cookware or electrical. You can always find quality at a bargain
Guys please check the prices on other stores as well before buying anything from this store sometimes there is a huge difference, telling you by my experience

Great range of products Great value and nice and clean store staff are great
The lady at the front of the store checking our vaccine certificates was very friendly and welcoming. We brought a christmas tree, it was 50% off, we felt we got a great deal it was exactly the tree we were after, the right size for where we wanted to put it, we had already look in many other stores unsuccessfully. We wanted to check out the hieght so we lifted it off the shelf, a male staff member came to assist us, he was very friendly and insisted that he put it back for us even though we were happy to do it as we lifted it down, it wasn't a very big tree. These two staff members were great, friendly and helpful, thank you Harris Scarf for employing enough staff so that you provide great serivice and not long check out queues, much better that Myers & David Jones, although having to go so far back in the store to pay is annoying, ckeck outs should be on the way out of the store.
i think there is a decline that can be seen about harris scarfe. Only few nice things, what is a bit nicee is much toooooo expensive...I remember it was a pleasure to visit this shop...I cannot say this anymore.....really sad...
Great place to shop. Getting there and parking: Located inside Highpoint shopping center, easier to access from Rosamund street entrance. Range and pricing: Clothing for men & women - both formal and casual wear, Kitchen ware Porcelain cups, dining and cutlery Bedding And a great range of footwear. Pricing is not very expensive for the quality of the items. On a sale day thou get the best of this lot for very good prices. Staff and service: Pretty decent service and friendly staff.
I have shopped at Harris Scarfe many times for homewares and have saved lots on good quality brands. I find the staff pleasant and very helpful. If you need to ask a question you will always find a staff member on the floor in each department. I took off one star because the sale item which i wanted was not available and i couldn't get a raincheck, otherwise i have always had a good shopping experience at Harris Scarfe Spencer St DFO.
