I bought a couple of thermos recently as we had no electrical power for several days due to recent storms . Chris was the sales gentleman who served me. I happen to mention that we had no power and I was dying for a hot cup of tea. He then told me to wait for 5 minutes, came back with my thermos full of hot water. Thank you Chris, I will always remember your kindness and dedication you showed me. Serving customers with a smile at Harris Scarfe.
No staff around to ask questions about a product I was after and when I went to the checkout and asked the young girl if they had a certain product as I couldn't find what I was looking for, her response was "well they are all down there so I don't know" I understand that sometimes people don't know exactly what products are available but would it would be great if she wasn't fully aware that she then ask a fellow team member if they can assist? Staff training and product knowledge go a long way in the retail industry, It can make or break a business. A little disappointed in my shopping experience I'm the mornington store today

I had to return a faulty kettle. Excellent service. The manager who helped me was fantastic & I came away with a replacement.
Yesterday I had visited the store in Mornington and came across Dillion. His customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended the store and very happy with my purchase of Wool underlay and Egyptian sheets to help me thru the cold months. Thankyou for your time and kindness.
