Terrific - a great place to shop and / or have a delicious light meal. We come often to shop for the freshest fruit and vegetables; plus, on occasion stop for a light lunch. The staff are very friendly and provide great service. Well done.
Best place to shop for freshest veggies & fruits. This place is a nice size, plenty of veggies & fruits, very well displayed. It is a pleasure & relaxing to shop here weekly. Thank you Team Harris Farm at Drummoyne. Car park entrance is a bit tricky at the back street, as time to time idiot driver would leave the car park from the basement, driving very fast up to the top to exit into the street. Those idiot drivers tend to speed up the ramp trying to show off how stupid they can be.
I visit this store 2–3 times a week because it’s close to my home, open late, and has a good product range.nHowever, I regularly notice overcharging at the checkout.nToday, for example, I bought a 6 × 1.5L pack of water. The shelf price was $13, but I was charged $20 at the register.nAfter checking the receipt and pointing this out to the cashier, I received a $7 refund, but no apology at all.nThis is not an isolated incident. It happens from time to time, which gives the impression of a systemic issue or unfair practice, especially affecting customers who don’t check their receipts.nVery disappointing. I expect better price accuracy and customer service.
Smoked salmon - short datedn15/2/26 -Went to HFM Drummoyne this morning about 10am. I called before going to check if you had the Mr Flax smoked salmon - told clearly NO. Went anyway to get other salmon - and found lots of Mr Flax - clearly store does not know what is in stock - then wanted other Smoked salmon brands - found the Norwegian and Danish very short dated same with the Harris brand - expiring in 2 days time !! I asked an assistant if there was any more with longer life out back - told NO - will arrive tomorrow Monday - really !! Cause 5 mins later found them topping up supplies with later dated stock and not removing or marking down that with 2 days shelf life left - WATCH OUT - found soft cheeses pre cut d’Affinois already past best date on shelf in large quantities - CHECK WHAT YOU ARE BUYING - Check dates - Hey - HFM - please pre prepare a little bit at a time - NOONE wants to get caught this old stuff on shelves H
Leo you star! Subsequent to my earlier review I visited Harris Farm yesterday and the lovely Leo took the time out from his busy day to indicate where I would be able to park my bike...... Much appreciated!nnWhilst we are on the subject it would be fantastic if retailers could give a bit more thought to people shopping using their bikes.... I don't need to drive my 1.5 tonne Subee every time I need a few items from the supermarket.nnI've been a regular shopper at the store for a couple of years..... I popped in this week and asked about bike parking.... so I can ride here rather than using my Subaru. A lovely lady took my number and 4 days on I still haven't heard back. Please call me!
