I personally had a bad experience with Harmans with a will-my father's estate. Westpac shares were sold via Harmans at a greatly reduced rate when they had been stable for a long time.This was a loss of huge money to the estate. The shares were sold by a 'friend' of the solicitor at Harmans handling the estate.
It actually verged on CBT.
In the washup Harmans deducted exorbitant fees for themselves and refused to provide a breakdown.
they refused to provide stockbroker receipts and accounting schedules.
My recommendation would be to avoid them like the plague.
