The pizzas and the chips were great. Staff friendly and helpful! Extensive drinks menu and very reasonable in pricing too. Lots of sections to host your own little party and well heated courtyard for cooler nights.
Food definetely solid, good quality ingredients and well prepared - only reason it gets four stars is because of the price , $25 for this cheeseburger is too much despite it being tasty. Drinks are nice , decent beer and bartenders are generous when pouring spirits.
This use to be my little local back in the olden days with such great partial memories came back a couple years later last week for lunch and was glad I came back to visit this old friend. The vibe in this place is always light and homely with a great outlook. The beer garden is an enclosed, comfortable area with an array of plants and trees with plenty of seating and an outdoor bar to serve ! The food was a little on the dear side but did not underwhelm! The feature for me was the beer selection ! Stouts, Pilsner’s, crafts, IPAs come in all shapes and sizes ! The oat stout was a tasty little snack. Will always come back to this place!
The atmosphere is lovely here for a Sunday afternoon. I want to praise the staff, who are so polish and attentive and the food, amazing this is the 2nd time I’ve been here and the service has been great each time. I recommend, photo attached: BEEF RAGU OF SHORT RIB, BRISKET & SHANK, 38 FRESH PAPPARDELLE, PECORINO & PANGRATTATO and CRÈME BRÛLÉE
I really like this pub. Just a really nice atmosphere and great food. Pretty damn good beer selection as well. Seems like a great pub to have as a local. Has become a go to for nights where we go to mum's for a family dinner and can't be bothered cooking. Get the croquettes!
Great food and top class service. The meals came out super quick and was well prepared. The beef entre was very good . Calamari a bit dry. Pork belly was crispy. Desert was yummy Good selection of beer and wine. Note: ask for juice at bar and was given OJ without confirmation - they have cranberry and apple as alternative
Lovely pub area and very clean. We were upstairs for a wedding. Great spot for an event it splits into three areas so people can still chat to each other. You have access to a TV screen. There is a bar as well. Food was delicious. They even catered for non dairy.
Thank you to Danielle and her team for helping to make our daughters birthday such a success at the last minute. Great venues, delicious food and amazing wine list. Everyone loved it! I think you have some new regulars now.
We decided to hold a customer evening with drinks and canapes here last week. We were allocated a private room upstairs with the bar adjacent. The food is excellent and loved it all, with the only comment that the service came out far later than what we had planned. Overall recommended!!
I was a bit cold on this place back when it first opened newly refurbished, but all credit now - it’s come into its own as a great local! Beer list consistently excellent, great dog friendly beer garden.
