Your'e͏ the Best I cant speak highly enough of Steve.  He has sold two properties for me now and assisted with the purchase of my new home. Calm,͏ patient and professional Oliver has been a source of calm in what is a very stressful time, with seemingly endless patience for even the most stupid questions. Out of all the agents that we talked to before selling & once since looking for a new house, Oliver seems the most trustworthy & the most willing to put in the effort. We spoke to a few different agents before Harcourts, all of them cheaper. Oliver was the only one who seemed to be interested in helping us rather than going for a quick commission. He went above & beyond, and in the end, he got us literally $50k over what the other agents were going to market it for. Genuine͏ and caring. As the buyer of the property I was amazed at the level of care and personal interest Steve had for both myself and the sellers.
