Our young family recently finished a lease with Harcourts Clayfield and we can only say great things about them. We'd recommend this team to any and all who want to lease under an agency that truly cares about their tenants. Great communication, excellent attitude, and outstanding advocacy. A special mention for Harcourts Clayfield agent/property manager, Jackie Newton, who was our property manager during our tenancy. Rented an apartment through Harcourts Clayfield for 2 years and their response to maintenance requests, lease renewal questions etc etc was always prompt and professional. Jackie, our property manager, helped us through a lease break when we had to relocate earlier than expected with a new tenant found before we had even moved out. I wouldn't hesitate to rent another property through Harcourts should the opportunity arise and special thanks to Jackie for making the whole move out process so painless and Brad for getting new tenants arranged so quickly!

We've been in the same place for the last 10 years and have been dealing with Maddi Harcourts for the last few years. We've found Maddi to be very responsive when we had an issue, not that we had many, but she was always quick to organise tradesman to our property. Maddi is easy very easy to deal with and is also very knowledgeable about the rental side of the business. When I advised we were moving back to NZ, Maddi was great in sending through all the information we needed to go through the process and was very quick in organising to get our bond back the following week.
