I was looking for someone who would be professional, reliable and enthusiastic to manage my rental from the beginning. I phone screened my agents and finally found Kerrie. From the first meeting, I knew that she was on the same page as me and from there, her and her team delivered a top notch service. They found the right tenant and didn’t just settle for anyone. I am extremely grateful for the information, the ease of inspections and timely manner in which they operated. I would highly recommend Harcourts if you are looking for a real estate agent to manage your property. They have been available every time I had questions, kept me up to date with applications and delivered more than I asked for. I highly recommend renting through Harcourts Manningham. We have been thoroughly impressed with our rental property manager Karli. Every time I have called or emailed her regarding the property, she has replied quickly and professionally to resolve any issues. We are so grateful for her ongoing patience and understanding when dealing with stressful situations - she is cool as a cucumber! You're a lucky tenant if you have Karli looking after you!

being a landlord with this company, has been nothing but a bad experience what can i say there was a 1 year lease and the tenants left not even 5 months with 1 week notice. when we inspected the house there was a lot of damage, to my disbelief as it was a brand new home. i trusted them to do the right thing and i lost a lot of money, and they were always sided the tenant and not the landlord. no communication whatsoever everytime we tried to contact them they never answered the phone. i will never recommend this company to anyone stay away if i could give 0 stars i would
My experience with Harcourts Manningham and the Rental Property Manager Karli, could not have been more lovely. Calm, efficient, and endlessly helpful, Karli made sure any issues that came up, no matter how small, were dealt with quickly and with the least amount of stress for everyone. We couldn’t have had a better rental manager! Under Karli’s professional care, any worries just floated away ^_^

We have been dealing with Vinnie Welihinda whom is a great property manager. She is extremely responsive to emails. While speaking with her she has made the rental change over between agents super simple and painless. Vinnie has processed requests to the land lord promptly and was more than happy to move inspections date and time to suit our availability. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience. SS
