Long narrow park using basins as a method to control stormwater runoff, there is even a bridge. But with no fencing, surrounded by roads and being very narrow, it is not great for dogs to play. Visit yes. Kit had fun exploring and I enjoyed trying to make sense of the stormwater system, have to come back after heavy rain. The park has a lot of features, an interesting playground, little kid bike track, 3 shelters with tables, benches, 2 drinking water fountains with dog bowls and a toilet.
This park was a lovely space but unfortunately our time here with our young kids was ruin by a gang of youths looking to pick a fight with some of the other local kids playing at the playground as well. What's more disappointing is the kids told us this gang is here often looking to pick fights with any of the multicultural kids at the park. So if your after a family friendly park I would avoid this one completely!!
Brautiful place. Green grass area. Fenced playground. Clean Toilet. Barbeque facilities.
Kids live this place, good playground and plenty of grass to run on. And a nice track around the park if you want to do laps or take kids bikes. Has clean toilets and BBQ facilities to. I would say keep an eye out for glass in bark chips though. Have spotted one or too broken bottles occasionally, council do keep it pretty clean though.
