Location? Awesome!  Room?  Please make sure you are comfortable with warm weather or hot, and can sleep at night without air-conditioner, take note.. NO AIR-CONDITIONER, maybe okay in winter, not other seasons..

Fantastic view. Probably some of the best views in the area. Building bit dated. Windows bit noisy. Wi-Fi very slow. But great spot.

A little dated but clean and well maintained. The location makes up for any minor negatives.

Fantastic view and good service 
Room was good for the low price we paid right on the harbour next to a ferry wharf
Location was easy to find. Free parking on site
5 minuet harbour hop to great attractions.
Helpful and friendly staff
Clean tidy appartment that was mostly fine with a 2 year old
Free wifi was unusable but did mean we spent more time off the internet and more time together

Don’t expect 5 star accommodation at a 2star price
But if you want a cost effective weekender for someone keen to see so,e sights this place is a winner
