We enjoyed our stay. Lovely view of the harbour pictured. Found Tim very friendly and informative of the area and sites to see. Had great restaurant recommendations as well. The facility is not modern but that adds to the charm of the place

I always review places myself and my other half visit but I always wait a month or so after to do so.  So here it goes the location is fantastic it's close to everything in Portrush. The owners are  nice and very talkative.  Now to the downsides the rooms are in serious need of updating there was mould on the ceiling in our room there is a thick layer of dust on everything.  The beds are loud noisy and very uncomfortable.  The building has serious potential to be a lovely place to stay but it needs money put into it. In terms of plumbing you need to Install a powershower or invest in an expansion tank or a pump to feed water at higher pressure to the top floor rooms the water pressure is pathetic to be honest it's not acceptable in a place that's almost charging 100 quid a night.  Food & drinks: Food is not allowed in rooms which is a bit crazy to be honest I have never seen it in my life god help you if you get hungry.

My wife and I have stayed all over the world from tin nissan huts to the Dorchester in London so I can absolutely say that I know what I am talking about. Tim could not have made our stay more pleasant and it was with regret that we had booked elsewhere to move onto or we would still be there. Thomas of Havering

Myself & partner staid for one night , host could not of been more welcoming & helpful, a real quirky  people person ! The property walls are lined with the hosts pictures / photographs, which are lovely We had the top floor room which was clean & cosy, breakfast was top notch.

Myself and my husband mickey have stayed in the harbour heights a few times now could not fault it for the price if you  book one of the rooms at the front views fantastic breakfast lovely Tim a great host and cook we will definitely be back Rooms: 5/5

We are just back from a family stay at Harbour Heights. I was a bit dubious about staying in a B&B, as we have always stayed in hotels. Firstly, the location is great, central to everything and the beach views from the rooms is amazing! The staff were lovely, the owner Tim was very welcoming and there's a lovely homely atmosphere! We were very pleased with the rooms.. Spacious and spotless! Lastly, the breakfast was lovely.. The food is exceptional! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back there!

Absolutely lovely B&B, clean and comfy at a reasonable price with a stunning sea view location. Tim the owner's hospitality and cooking skills are second to none. Many thanks,Will surely be back.

Second stay for us at Harbour Heights and this time was just as excellent as the last.  Really engaging hosts in Tim and Sam, homely rooms and overall atmosphere is great.  Breakfast also faultless. We'll definitely be back again!Rooms: 5/5

Room was cold cudnt sleep well breakfadt terrible it deserves a 1 not very welcuming the views i give a 5 next day wen we complained sam said if i regretted my stay we wont get one penny left it was a disgraceRooms: 1/5
