Caught a shuttle from Surfers Paradise to Harbour Town which delivered us to the tourism lounge where upon arrival we recieved discount vouchers. There's room to sit and relax with tea, coffee and water while waiting for people or pick-ups etc.
A great shop in an awesome centre of discounted brand name stores
Great Concept This is a central dropping off and pickup point for many of the Hotel shuttle services. The staff are very approachable and keen to help with suggestions for places to visit within the complex. A nice air conditioned haven with complementary tea and coffee for a rest and recharge between shopping frenzies. Also offers free WiFi but this is painfully oversubscribed and frequent timeouts will be the norm should you subject yourself to connecting had to drop a star for poor technology sorry
Very big outlet mall, very large range of shops and good deals on almost everything you could need. I was very impressed with the amount of stores, the food court is also quite big. If you're in need for cheap new clothes I'd recommend coming here!
Harbour town is a fun place to shop with good sales. The tourist center has a lounge with tea & coffee for a break and the staff are helpful. The free shuttle bus is a real bonus with pick ups at Broadbeach and Surfers. Neil our driver provided lots of helpful info.
The people were wonderful. Make sure to have a conversion with them and ask them about the local attractions. You'll usually get a 15% discount too which could be used in stores but not the stalls.
Go in to the tourist lounge to get 10% card or so discount at the eateries and some of the other stores also. And this is also where you catch the free bus back to surfers paradise. You can call them up to see where to catch the free bus to Harbour town too. Harbour town is an amazing outdoor mall....and is big
Good shops Plenty of eateries too
Very helpful staff and ambience, good place to take some breath before going to shopping mind. They had provided some discount coupons as well and help you understand the entire shopping center.
Very friendly staff - nice clean facilities but the staff are very nice.
