The room was absolutely discussing there was a hole in the bathroom drain & blocked pipe my children could of got hurt or stuck the air conditioner did not work or the remote. However they put us in a superior resort room which was much comfortable. I was hoping the Air-conditioning would switch on but also did not work.
Air con doesn't work. Otherwise clean and close to transportation
there is a pool and Jacuzzi. That is fun.
Very dirty rooms need some maintaines. Staff dont speak or understand english very well. When I called they confirmed the spa was working and hot. When we arrived water was freezing. Shower is full of mould .They promised to turn the spa on but they did not. The place is far away from anything will not go again. Not nice
This place is very run down. Rubbish lying around the property and screaming people.everywhere.we didn't feel safe.
The room I was in smelled of wet dog even though they don't allow pets
new management has really neglected their environment this place is not safe it is untidy unkept and at night very noisy. You have addicts walking around trying to break into cars and there are fights in the middle of the night. there are pieces of rubbish all around the property. Do not stay here.
Under new management...When you walk around the property you notice rubbish dumped out back, fences torn down and people jumping on cars smashing the windscreens. This is madness.
