Went in with high hopes of seeing Dr Sumaira for woman’s health issues. Found her very rude and misunderstanding to the point of argument. While I went in for answers I was met with vague replies and google searches! Had no conversation about previous history to find any kind of theory regarding my condition. Then I was prescribed something that could have made me worse if I’d had taken them. For a quick fix. Fortunately I’m thorough and do my own researching before just popping pills. Didn’t even offer to take my bloods which would have been a thorough check of tests. I was treated like I was an animal and dangerous. Felt very uncomfortable around her while I was having a smear test. Another Dr has taken great care of me now.
Waste of time. The first trip was for a referral, spent an hour in the waiting room for a 10 minute referral. Got the xrays and scheduled a follow up. Spent another hour and & in the waiting room to be shown all the google results the doctor pulled up. Won't be back there again.
As a major Contractor to the mines, we require prompt responses and fast turn around times from Harbour Road Medical. The team are consistently friendly and efficient, provide excellent communication and will always do what they can to accommodate our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks team!
I have been using Harbour Road Medical to book CBM etc for work for the past 10+ years. I have always found them to be very helpful, quick turnaround, great to deal with. Nothing is a drama for them, if they don't know, they will find out. They are my number one go to for anything medical work related, would 100% recommend them.
As an administrator for a mining company, I deal with HR Med almost every day. They are my preferred provider for all CMWHS related matters as they always respond to and action my requests within the day. Compared to the other providers I have dealt with, HR Med are WAY easier to deal with, their fees are lower and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Considering the current difficult guidelines for coal medicals, HR Med makes everything so easy, and their priority is always getting the worker back onsite. I could not fault HR Med.
