I was traveling in to the vet before opening time with my injured pet. I was given an appointment straight away. Dr Amy is the most awesome, caring vet that you could hope for.. The office staff and nurses are friendly and helpful as well!. Super happy with our service today!
Harbour City Vets are highly recommended for their care and commitment to achieving the best health outcomes for your pet. They’ve saved the life of my small dog when she was envenomated twice by a large eastern brown snake, and have for many years, provided quality veterinarian care for my pets. And at the last visit, the vet finally received the approval of our usually reluctant dog.
Very happy with the service we have received. The team were so compassionate at our end of life appointment with our 15 year old dog earlier in the year & have been very helpful at all appointments with our new puppy.
All very informative and helpful and the weird thing is my dog loves going there.He pulled me up the ramp couldn't wait to get his balls out.
I have been taking my female Miniature Poodle to Harbour City Vets since she was a puppy. She is now fifteen and a half years old. We have always been well looked after and they have always been very caring. In fact, the staff are like old friends now.
My wife and I were up visiting family for Christmas and brought our 2 puppies from the Gold coast with us. One of our dogs ended up getting an ear infection Christmas Eve and was in alot of pain. It was after hours when we called and the vet allowed us to bring her down. The vet was very helpful and was very good with animals. After checking her over he prescribed the medication and then wished us on our way and safe travels. Was a great experience especially last minute out of hours. Thanks again.
The Team at Harbour City Vet are brilliant. My kitten is always so well looked after, and loved when he needs to visit. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a deeply caring and professional veterinary surgery for your furr baby.
Brilliant clinic all round. Our little beagle needed urgent help after being turned away at our usual vet the ladies at Harbor City vets couldn't have been more helpful. They got him straight in & his overnight care was awesome & fairly priced which was a pleasant surprise. Our little boy is home healthy & We will never use another vet whilst we are in Gladstone.
Andrew and all the staff were so supportive, friendly and caring. Very happy with the above and beyond service. Was happy that we got a win and Cat survived. Will definitely be using them from now on.
