Staff was super kind and understanding, couldn’t have asked for better service
Absolute rubbish. Went there to get a screen protector which I paid about $70 for including installation. They said if there was ever any bubbling or lifting they would replace it so long as there was no physical damage. Next day I went back at there was dust/bubbling underneath the screen protector. I asked them to replace it to which they agreed so I left my phone there and continued with my shopping. Upon return the employee was handing back my phone and he told me how much it would cost. I was baffled as to why he was even mentioning a price because it was their fault that the screen protector was in the state that it was and no fault of my own. I refused to pay again for their mistake however they wouldn't give me my phone back unless I did. They employee ending up removing the screen protector and giving me my phone back without a screen protector and did not give me my money back either. Now I go to PTC which is a couple kiosks down just passed flight centre. Extremely happy with PTC and their honouring of their replacement guarantees. Would strongly recommend going to PTC and not HappyTel

Couldn’t be happier with the wonderful service I received from Lily after I cracked my screen and wasn't able to access anything on my phone! Lily made a stressful situation less stressful and went above and beyond to fix my phone in a timely manner. Will be back when needed!
Highly recommend Lily was fantastic explained the step by step process. I needed to repair broken screen, screen protection and a new case alot of work done around a hour for great competitive price.
Kris and his colleague are fantastic. Problem was identified quickly and a full explanation was given and a very competitive cost. Kris went through a comprehensive checklist with me and I left, highly satisfied with the price, excellence and professional service. We won't be going anywhere else. Good job guys!!
