Always happy to travel a bit more for something very homey. This is the place that can describe it. Clear noodle soup taste great specially in the cool morning. Vietnamese combination congee also another great treat, Served with fried doughtstick. On the weekend usually have the special which is rice rolls. Few thing to choose from such as mushroom, cabbage or taro.
Really average chicken bahn mi. Very stingy with filling and lack of sauce. Bread was decent. Wouldn't recommend if you want bahn mi.
Had a quick lunch here. Nice sugarcane juice and vercimille. Busier when we left. Friendly staff.Food: 4/5

Homestyle meals in a small restaurant serving a limited menu. Lunch time can get busy and there is limited seating. The braised pork was a good serving size, the grilled pork chop has a smoky charred flavour.
Went on a weekend, the place is pretty small but there were heaps of people lining up and also eating in which is a good sign. The service was friendly but they're slow/ struggle to keep up with the demand. The pork rolls I ordered $6.50 each were so average... which is disappointing considering the high level of Viet cuisine in the area and the number of people waiting!? Hardly any patè, no Mayo, a dribble of soy sauce, and a smattering of Carrots..... a single thin spring onion stem ... just so stingy and lacking volume/taste. Just a very average experience.
It’s got drinks, pork rolls and Vietnamese food here. I tried the broken rice combination, they don’t have the pork patties but they give you 2 pork chops. Taste wise it’s just ok but I wouldn’t get it again
What a great little place! There are 4 ladies working there everyday and they know how to make authentic food. Delicious banh mi and Vietnamese buns available in store or take away. They also serve cold and hot drinks, definitely recommend Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk.
Love this place, although options are limited, they are good at what they offer. The pork rolls are tasty, warm and absolute value. The noodles, especially the dry vermicelli combo is delicious. The ladies are efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
Best Bahn Mi - crackling pork, chilli. The best and the lady is so friendly
