Great customer service; above and beyond. Calm, friendly, empathetic and helpful. As a smoker decreasing my tobacco consumption, I find the guy here very nice to deal with. Also stock my fave incense. Lovely shop vibe and great coffee next door too. Thanks so much :

Great customer service. Very knowledgable staff. Got some lucid dreaming teas so I'll be testing them out later. Good location in Northbridge. Well laid out store and air conditioned which is handy. Will be going there again soon I expect.

Great selection of herbs to both smoke and drink as tea. Mulungu tea is good for before bed.
The staff was very friendly gave me water when i asked for it on a 35°c day. Different from the store in Adelaide as it has more crystals and less "flower vase"
overcharged. Online price is way cheapper than the in-store price.
Mixed but overall, friendly and helpful, with a wide range of products, produce and friendly advice! The Staff are mostly happy and informative about their stock and it's lovely to see :-
