I had a massage with Patrick on Tuesday, it was absolutely fantastic!!! I was extending more time because I was so tired. But the reception seems like a new there because she charged us more than I should pay
Great foot massage and love that you can add on Chinese herbal oils or tiger balm, for a fee. Staff are very honest - they accidentally charged me $5 extra and came to me as I sat down, stating the error and offering the $5 back in cash or an extra 5 minutes massage.
4.5 Stars. Great effort from David, who used the pressure I asked for Medium to Hard for Head, Neck, Shoulders and Feet. He made an awesome effort on all the cricks on my body which I really appreciate. The lady at Reception was kind and lovely as well. I like that they had water available for everyone to grab a drink from, especially after their masssage. Available to claim on Healthcare also.

This place seems dodgy. If you want to use your private health, there is a separate price list, and those prices are around $10 more expensive. I've never come across this before. I came for a massage at 36 weeks pregnant, legs and feet sore, and the massage was so light that my 7 year old newphew could massage harder. I wasn't asked how the pressure was, in fact i was barely spoken to. The gentleman just lightly rubbed with his knuckles for half an hour. very disappointing experience.
I had a foot massage today and changed male staff to female staff because I feel uncomfortable with a male staff. It doesnt mean that the male staff is not skillful. Sorry for it. I had subcharge for changing staff. The fronter staff said it is 15 dollars for the change but at the end she said it is 20 dollars for subcharge. I was a little bit angry for changing words. But doesnt mean the male staff is unprofessional. Sorry for that. And Thank you for a service
Always guaranteed a consistantly solid massage when I go to this store. Lovely service & they will try to fit me in 9/10 times straight away without a booking. If I say I want a very firm/strong massage, I get that. If I am walking around the city and feel sore, it's my number one go to place to get relief!! Most Happy Feet branches are pretty good, but the city one is the best.
Excellent massage everytime. The foot massage chairs are particularly comfortable and make relaxing really easy. Consistently good between workers too so no need to ask for a particular person. Follows your cues and very responsive to feedback. Always my go to in Brisbane.
Asked for lower back and leg massage on the information sheet I had to fill out and yet they spent first half of time on upper back and barely any time on required areas. Massage felt like it was being performed by an untrained employee. Very dissatisfied.
Amazing service and such a relaxing massage, found all my problem areas and relieved me from my pain. The lady I had was very attentive and skilled, will be back.
