I had a wonderful Inner Joy experience.  The yoga, meditation,  drumming, and meals were all enjoyable. The staff took the experience to next level,  genuine and always happy to engage with you. Emily was very funny, energetic, and connected to our group in an authentic way.nThe rooms were comfy. We did run out of hot water once but otherwise all ok.nWorthwhile retreat to visit. Will go again.

A wonderful experience again. This was our 3rd retreat and we were not disappointed - from the comfy accommodation, the beautiful food and all the yoga and other activities. This time I felt so relaxed through the meditation, I just wanted the feeling to last. John led a great drumming circle which was fun and inclusive. Yoga with Vanessa and other yogis was very good. Already planning for another Inner Joy. Thank you nameste.

Wholesome, relaxing, and inviting are just a few words to describe Happy Buddha Retreats. I didn’t know what to expect, which was the best part! The facilitators, yoga instructors, drumming teacher, and chefs delivered on every level. The vegetarian meals were absolutely delicious, and the pool served as the perfect invigorating ice bath to start each day. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, providing the ideal space to unwind. I’m already looking forward to returning for the silent retreat—Happy Buddha truly delivers a transformative experience!

I've just completed a bushwalking retreat, but I've also previously experienced two inner joy retreats. I could hardly contain my excitement being back again, this time with a dear friend, and getting to witness her amazement at just how lovely the Happy Buddha is. This place gets it right: the food is unbelievable, the bushland is both beautiful and nurturing and the teachers are experienced & compassionate shout out to Peter, Arc and Gill Maybe that's why being kind, curious and at peace is the norm here. Just come!

I attended the Cleanse and Reset retreat some months back. I liked the tranquil atmosphere, the wonderful people I met, the beautiful views, and delicious juices. The retreat offered a perfect blend of activities and relaxation. Highly recommend for those seeking a peaceful and healthy getaway.nI'm already booked for the Cleanse and Reset Retreat on the 13th of January... I can't wait.
