I recently attended the silent retreat with 8 others and it was amazing Ark our facilitator was so comforting, helpful and reassuring.  The accommodation was comfortable and the food fantastic.  Highly recommend this retreat for anyone needing a digital detox, I didn't even miss my phone.  The Mediation, yoga, walks and surrounds are very restorative.  100% recommend.  I will be back.

I’ve just attended the African Drumming , African Dance & yoga retreat at Happy Buddha. I attended the retreat for a little time out just for me. I loved connecting with everyone who attended the retreat and hearing their stories as we got to know each other over the beautiful meals and by the lovely fireplace. The African drumming and dancing is very good for the brain and for coordination. This is my 2nd retreat at Happy Buddha as I attended a yoga retreat about 6 years ago with my daughter. I definitely will not leave it so long between my next retreat. Thankyou for creating this lovely space with so many retreat options to attend.  My cup is full.

This is my second Happy Buddha retreat, my first was a silent retreat and this one was the music Inner Joy retreat. The location is wonderful, the food incredible and all of the facilitators from yoga teachers to sound therapists/ musicians was incredible. Also the added extra of massage therapy was amazing! They create a safe and wonderful experience for all attendees.

10 out of 10! I was confident the Bali retreat would be fantastic as I’ve previously done one at the Blue Mountains Happy Buddha centre, but it literally exceeded all expectations. Home now and I feel fit, toned & best of all rejuvenated. I already miss my retreat buddies, & especially Natalie & Athil the facilitators who are the most beautiful people. I don’t think I stopped smiling the whole 5 days. Planning my next retreat now, hopefully in India. This retreat was run so perfectly that I’m 100% sure the Indian one will be magical too.

Really lovely experience here in the Women’s Full Moon Circle retreat in July 2025. The facilitator and yoga instructors were encouraging, organized, and encouraged self compassion and connection. The shared room experience was lovely with a queen sized bed each and plenty of room. The volunteers and cooks are also to rave about - the food was plentiful, delicious and nourishing. Can’t beat this convenient and beautiful location in the Blue Mountains.
