Amazing friendly service from Jen Deb and Lorraine. very family friendly. HUGE selection of 25+ wines. Self service tasting. Beautiful outdoor lawn area with games for the kids. Aim to spend at least an hour and a half here.

What a lovely experience. Such beautiful surrounds and friendly staff. A nice way to wine taste without feeling rushed.

We used Happs Winery as the venue for our elopement ceremony with Margaret River Marry Me and our day was nothing short of magical! The gardens are absolutely stunning, the wines are beautifully refreshing and the events planner, Gemma, was an absolute delight! We were so happy that we could have our 2 dogs there with us on our special day too. Thank you Gemma and the team at Happs for helping make our day so perfect and memorable!

If I could rate this place 20/5 I would. Incredible wine selection, winery and views are beautiful and pottery is very nice. An experience I have never seen in Australia, where you are able to pour your own tasting and pick your own catered picnic. The ladies at the winery were extremely helpful and lovely but also didn’t rush us and we were able to enjoy our picnic in privacy. Would come all the way back from Melbourne just to visit this winery. Outstanding!!!

Great winery, wonderful idea on how they do the wine tasting, the gardens are well kept and presented, with a few games for the kids and adults to play. The pottery area was absolutely fantastic with beautiful made items for sale. Wish they had something set up like this in Victoria we just have the old fashion way a bit boring.

Happs has been a family favourite for some 40 years. Their wines are top notch and tastings were always a highlight of any cellar door visit. However we were left disappointed on a recent visit - our first experience of the outdoor self-serve tasting setup. While a necessary and clever adaptation to Covid restrictions, it is in our opinion best suited to mass tourism and buses/tours. We lamented that the personal touch was now gone with no guided tastings or recommendations and large numbers of people when we were there. Pouring wine out of a dispenser without the ability to draw on the experience of a winery team expert removed most of the experience for us and it wasn’t our cup of tea. We often/always buy several cartons of wine but left buying nothing this time as we were so unimpressed. After several generations of visits we won’t be back to the cellar door though we’ll continue to order online.

Would highly recommend. Beautiful gardens & wines. Almost 50 to select from at your own pace & self serve. Great for young adults to try different varieties. Prices vary so caters to all budgets. And Staff were absolutely lovely too!

One of the best wineries I've ever been to. The outdoor setting is absolutely beautiful. Also a great range of wine which pleased everyone's palate.

Absolutely the best concept! All the wines for tasting are outside and filled with nitrogen, making them stay fresh for longer and you get to go and test them at your own pace. There's so many blends of wines. 42 different wines to try. The environment around is so cosy, absolutely loved this place. 10/10

I would highly recommend a trip to HAPPS winery . The self-service winery tasting was a lovely new experience. What made our experience the best was the warmness of the staff member called LORRAINE . Lorraine was so welcoming to all of us there and took her time to answer any of our questions !
