Love the new store it's still packed full of the old yummy goodness. Picked up a tasty treat for lunch and some frozen goodies for the freezer at home. Store was super clean and spacious. Lots more parking. Highly recommend!
Great friendly staff and has coffee. Spacious new store with frozen and fresh sweets and savouries. Located at the end of the road on the left hand side with parking!
Used to be a regular customer before they moved to the new place. Went to the new outlet for the first time today, and it was very disappointing to say the least. New outlet, while very spacious has come with an increased prices across the board. Items that used to be $3-3.50 few months back are all $4-4.50. All frozen packs 4 x pies, 6 x sausage rolls etc. are all 20% more expensive. Among others, we tried donuts and danishes. Donuts felt like eating stale bread and was very hard, while the Danish had no taste and was very dry. We wouldn't be trying out the pastries from here anymore, and would stick to Mint Bakery, that's miles better despite being little bit pricey.
The new factory shop is now open. Much bigger than the old shop with the same great food.
I try to support local businesses, thought i would go to the Loaf factory shop for the first time. The older lady behind the counter seems like she has a bit of a attitude problem. Walk out without buying anything, won't be going back there again.

Great service, fantastic range of goodies at great prices. So glad they're now open many more days a week. Love Loaf!
I ordered a parcel of loaf goodies to be delivered and it took 7 days from packing to arrival. Not ideal for fresh baked goods. I love loaf’s yummy treats but wouldn’t recommend this part of their service.
Some repeated problems with online orders and delivery, but they sorted it out in the end and even threw in some free stuff. The products themselves were delicious and make ideal finger foods for parties. If they can sort out their online order and delivery processes, they would be perfect.
ordered online and had to pay for shipping. they delivered the wrong item so i contacted them via email twice but never responded to me. i commented on their facebook page and that's the only time they responded...i was told by whoever was managing that facebook page that someone will be in touch with me regarding the matter but no one did. they refunded my money but only for the product not the full cost. disappointed with my experience. there are other stores who are better with products and services.
