I love the variety and availability of fresh produce here especially the green Asian veggies. Other than Korean food, they also stock South East Asian, Japanese and Chinese food, paste, teas and sauces too. The store is clean and usually fully stocked. I usually shop according to what's on sale, so it's really good value for money provided they actually charge you correctly. Beware of overcharging and incorrect pricing at checkout. I have been going here weekly and noticed sometimes they overcharge if I don't check or correct them. Service is a hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not.
Picked up some super fresh Asian greens here today 11.02.2023
I’m not usually writing reviews, but I am writing reviews because today's work is shocking. I bought the soup extract today. But it's 11 days past its expiration date. I called the store to solve this problem, but there was no answer.
They have kimchi, pork, cheese, Ramen, even fresh vegetables and alcohol, but they do not have Nuruk.
Lots of stocks and friendly staffs! Very reasonable prices compare to other shops.
Very good customer service and diverse asian grocery
While the staff are friendly and the product range very wide, do not trust the price labels on the shelves and double-check the prices when checking out. 2 of the 4 items I was purchasing were on offer, but the new prices were not updated on their computer system. And a oyster sauce had been labeled at $5.55, but I was charged $10.35. The staff explained it was an old price label, but did not offer to refund me the difference charged.

Your cashier is the worst I ever met. I bought 2 packs of Edamame at lunch time. I was rush so I didn’t check if both bags are same type and then I come back after work to ask if I can exchange. And then your Cashier told me about the 5 hours rule? Well…it’s not even 5 hours yet… sorry. 12:48 pm I bought and come to your shop at 5:30pm? Then she told me she not sure if I keep the Edamame in Freezer or not. Well…It’s solid frozen and I keep it in Freezer for whole time I explained to her. She said our policy is not allow to exchange goods from 20th March 2020. I would be appreciate and not feel frustrating if she told me that on first place. I will respect your shop rules if you told me that right in the very first moment I asking to exchange. What was your cashier thinking? Making up rules that don’t even exist. Also, the Edamame didn’t cost that much but your shop hospitality cost people frustration. Many thanks.
