Ordered a regular Kay's chicken bowl, two or three tiny little bits of chicken, little bit of salad and loads of rice. Taste is good but very poor value for money, don't bother, it's a rip off.
My wife and I had two toddlers with us when dining at this place. I bought 3 hot foods, one is hot noodle soup and one drink. I asked for a tray, but the owner said no tray at the center. The noodle soup was hot, so we asked if could have an additional bowl to cushion the heat. The owner refused the request outright, and questioned why we couldn’t carry it. He also commented that everyone else could take so we couldn’t? Not only he refused to make it easy for us to take our food when we had two young children with us, he screamed at us in front of everyone else at the center. Please do yourself a service and don’t get yourself humiliated by the shop.
The old guy at the front counter is really the rudest person I ever met. Are you sure he is the suitable person at this position? Will not visit any Hanaichi forever!
The worst ever experience I ever had in my life. The old guy is the most horrible person I have ever see. Really don understand why is this kind of man being at the front counter. He aren't supposed to exist at where he are.. if I could give this review a negative rating , I would do so!
Not enough temperature/heat, despite request DR to do so. Female chefs cooked CC this time round. Males cook food more hotter MH, braver & well-boiled other times.
I requested no pickle as I'm allergic and I was served pickle, took it back they said "they would remake".....All they did was pour gravy on top to hide the pickle so I wouldn't know! IM ALLERGIC TO PICKLE! Please don't eat here they are rude, disrespectful and don't care, poor service I could have died and they didn't even care when I took it back the second time.
Ordered Ramen udon soup. It’s not the same. The old male guy was not very nice and seemingly arrogant. I ordered chicken and there were pork fats. Not going back. The service use to be good pre covid. I think there is a new owner
Been coming here for a long long time, at the woolworths end, it is now an awfully run business. Quality has gone down hill and the staff can't handle running it. Won't be coming back.
Definitely the best Japanese takeaway in Brisbane. I wish they had another store in Carindale...Food: 5/5
Always good for chicken and rice. It use to be alot cheaper but so did alot of things ...
