ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service at Hans Warwick tonight. Food was very below average and had minimal flavour. We also ordered 2 x jugs of Pepsi max. We all poured a glass each x4 ppl it was flat. I called the wait staff over and explained that it did not taste right. Firstly they didn’t understand what I was saying. I asked for it to be replaced with another drink, she refused and said that because we had poured some that we had to have the rest and why didn’t we have water instead. I then went on to pour some in the glass to show that it was flat as they didnt understand English very well. The way she then spoke to me was next level rude. I pulled her up on her behaviour and then proceeded to tell her that I will not be pay for the jugs of drink. Any other time this has happened at any other restaurant there has been no question and a replacement has been given. The staff and management at Han’s Warwick really need to review how they treat their customers. Last time I will be spending my money there.
Compliments to the chef, the food was really nice. However, the two waitresses were extremely annoying!!! At first it was nice to hear some laughter, but then the Loud whispering and the giggling didn't stop and it got louder and louder, even my 5 yr old asked me to ask them to be quiet! As the young girls had overheard my 5 yr old she was very rude to me at the till when it was time to pay. I got a funny look and told in a sulky way how much our dinner was. Food was very nice but the service very immature!... forgot to mention that after eating here we all had what seemed like 'food poisoning ' . Looking at some of the other reviews its quite apparent that food hygiene isn't made a priority!
Only wanted 1 dish, and they got that wrong. Sent it back and they returned wiith the correct one. Wonton soup was tasty and plenty for what I was after. I do like Hans Cafes.
Do not eat here On our arrival we had bottle of wine, didnt even offer glasses We eventually after 5 min of waiting for someone asked for glasses amd asked to order, they said "oh its $2.80 for the glasses" we said yes, whatever thats fine Then we ordered Our seafood rice - prawns all still had poo inside except 1 Lamb curry had hair inside We ate what we could, left most of it No one came to ask how we were going We got up to pay, she came straight over, didnt ask how things were and just said "thats $65 please" I paid and then showed her the food She didnt seem to think anything was wromg with it and reluctantly said "sorry" Rude, arrogant staff Food was disgusting Do not go here guys, find somewhere else Will never come here again
Pad Thai was soup!!! IT WAS SLIMY AND WET!!!!...watered down!!!!..The Red Beef Curry looks and tasted like it was salvaged from customers left over plates ,F'n Horrible...NEVER AGAIN!!!
Best Hans Cafe in Perth. Great service. Portion sizes bigger than other Hans cafes.
Beautiful birthday dinner for four and including entree and drinks..... well worth a visit.

Speed: okay, Uber eats ordered at 4.20pm, arrived at 5.05pm. We are roughly 10 mins away Packing: Neat, secure. Food: Average Utensils: requested, but none with delivery. Really find the utensils missing annoying. We could really not have any chopsticks or fork with us, and how would you like us to eat the fried rice and fried noodles? Pls read the orders more careful in future.
The food was tasty and servings generouse, however, an unpleasant smell of sewage accompanied the meal and refused to disappear even when a side door was opened. The service, although sweet, was somewhat unprofessional.
