I needed to design an enagement ring, but wanted to surprise my partner. Ryan and I sent several emails before I even set foot in his doors. Both himself and his wonderful team never made me feel pressured nor did they push me in a particular direction. It made the whole process far less stressful than I thought it would be and couldn't recomend highly enough.

Thank  you Ryan for all the help with choosing, fitting, ordering and safely receiving our wedding bands. They fit perfect and look great! We cannot praise Ryan and his team enough. My partner went to Ryan, in hope to design my engagement ring. Something elegant and timeless. Ryan with pure excitement went all out. After three months of sourcing inspiration, creating several different designs, with many back and forth emails, together, they designed the ring of my dreams and sourced the perfect diamond to fit. Together, they created a masterpiece. Not only did Ryan make Ash's idea come to life, he created a lifelong memory, an experience, that will now be part of the story when people ask - how did he propose?

Ryan and his team have been fantastic to work with. I have had my stunning rose gold, double halo engagement ring designed and created by his and his team. I loved my engagement ring so much that I have my crown style eternity ring in rose gold designed and created a year later. They are absolutely stunning and I have my dream wedding set.  Wonderful to deal with. I’ve recommended a number of friends to go through Hammerton’s for their jewellery needs and they have all had wonderful experiences.

I absolutely cannot fault the customer service or quality of product from this jeweller. I returned to Hammertons for the purchase of my diamond eternity ring, having purchased our wedding rings from here several years earlier It was the excellent customer service back then that encouraged us to return for this purchase. I now live 966 kms away from Hammertons, so all of my contact was via email and phone. Ryan and his teams customer service was exceptional, replies to emails very quick, and general sense of personal service was present. The ring is perfect and arrived via secure parcel service extremely quickly. My only regret is that I wasn't able to shop there in person. Thank you again Ryan and your team, we will be back to shop again I am sure.

As always, An amazing experience.  Hammerton’s jewellers has always provided me with the perfect gift.  buying things like an engagement ring is stressful for most blokes and Ryan put me at ease, taking the time and explaining the different grades of diamonds and even putting different stones under an eyepiece for me to look at, I had no idea that the precision cut diamonds produce a “hearts and arrows” pattern.  Fitting I think, as a marriage, just like the diamond, is forever, and there are “hearts and arrows” in both :- Since then I have made several purchases with the confidence that what I am buying is “the real deal”, just like Ryan Hammerton is.  I strongly encourage you to make Hammertons your jeweller; a business does not get to be a fifth generation jeweller by not knowing what’s what’s.

I want to compliment Ryan and the team at Hammertons for their help choosing an engagement ring. Ryan took the time to explain about diamonds in simple terms and helped with the design process. He worked within my budget to make a special ring from scratch for me instead of trying to just sell me one he had in the window. The experience was great and I highly recommend Hammertons with five stars.

Great People to deal with, excellent workmanship !!! Ryan made wife's engagement ring from design to finished product, even got the sizing exact from a picture I sent him as we don't live in mildura, awesome work. Then finished everything with making wedding Rings for both of us, my wife was over the moon with whole experience and how easy it was to make everything come together from opposite side of the country!!!
