The only pharmacy in Õtaki, which doesnt actually serve thr community.nNot open on a Saturday any more. No late opening on a Thursday or any other day now either.nDisgraceful.nThe only reason I gave it any stars at all is because of the awesome staff that work there.
Great staff and customer focused. Would have given 5 stars if they were open on Saturday morning as well.
Today I came to pick up my remaining prescription for the last month and also gave them new prescription from hospital. They told me that I cannot have my remaining prescription as new prescription instead. I lost one month tablet which was not fair to me. I understand that you have your rules and policy, but you need to explain to the patient before you cancel any old prescription. Very disappointed their service.
Back in 2021 I visited, older woman on the counter was incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Would not bother with this establishment.
New Years Eve script at short notice no problem for these guys, the queue was long but the lady kept her cool and the people behind the counter were going flat out, so things moved fast but friendly. What a nice pharmacy, thanks, you guys xxxx
