The room in general was spacious and all facilities were available. The bathroom sink was stylish but not the most well functioning. The shower when the temp is right is lovely but sometimes did run cooler for no reason. The reception staff were not the most friendliest and the restaurant managers were also quite cold but the waiters were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. Although getting cabs in and out of the hotel was a bit tricky especially when busy
They have a total of 4 lvl. But plenty of rooms. Some of the service staff are friendly. Some are... Location is walking distance from the train station. There are many food nearby. Fast food, Thai food, Chinese food, supermarket and more. Overall the stay here was excellent Their bf was not too bad. But I can't afford to have it everyday. Food & drinks: Fast food, supermarket, pub, Thai cuisine, bubble tea, mini shopping mall uniqlo, m&s,h&m bakery
Amazing hotel. The room show a bit of wear & tear. The staff was amazing, everybody had a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing, a large variety and good quality food. The Tagliata Steak was exactly what i need for my keto diet.Rooms: 5/5
Room looked a bit out of time. Great that they have a room for disabled people, but for me this made the sink to low and after a shower the bathroom was wet everywhere. Also the gym was very disappointing, they did not even have a yoga mat. For the price, I would not come back. Breakfast was good and for a fair price.
Visited here to meet a colleague and had a working lunch. Very nice venue. Restaurant area was nice and clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasantband friendly. Loved the small sofas and chairs. We had a vegetarian curry and a chicken curry. The meal seemed quite a small portion for the price paid. However, it was tasty, served with rice and naan bread and it was quite filling.
I stayed at the Hilton Islington in March 2023. It was an excellent stay. I recommend the affordable breakfast buffet. On one occasion, they had a chef making omelets which were delicious. The room was nice. Housekeeping did a terrific job keeping things neat. The location of the Hilton is central within Angel, close to many restaurants and shops. It is only a couple blocks from the Angel tube station as well so easy to commute to where you need to go. Highly recommend this hotel if you are needing to stay in Islington/Angel area. Recommend dinner reservations at the Pig & Butcher which is a short walk from the hotel.
Great location and my second time staying at this particular Hilton. I first stayed at this particular Hilton in August 2018. I was generally surprised by what seemed to be a scale-back in overall service quality and delivery. For example, even with 2-large suitcases, no one offered to help bring my bags in or out. The overall physical plant seems to be aging and could even be improved by simply washing the windows.
Wow, this is one dilapidated, dysfunctional rip-off of a hotel. We have the executive king- which has a shockingly stained and worn out chaise longe to go with the even larger and possibly more grotesque stains on the carpet. The aircon does not work so this room is like the rest of the hotel- sweltering hot. The sheets are ‘durable’ and so bleached they are like putting your face on crisps. Clearly this is nothing but a profit-making business that disrespects its clientele. If the staff weren’t as nice as they are, it would have been a one star from me. Now, I’ll try to get to sleep with my t-shirt over the pillow so it doesn’t itch my face, the duvet rolled down as it’s about 28 degrees in here despite the aircon on full at 18 making a racket, and the hard, spring mattress. Paid nearly 300 quid for a room that is on par with one of the most unpresentable places I’ve stayed - a 2 star in Paris in the ‘80’s. Don’t stay here!

One of the best Hilton’s I’ve stayed at and visited in London. Attentive team who couldn’t do enough for you, with a really relaxed atmosphere. You don’t feel like you’re in London, yet on the doorstep of Angel centre and the Underground.
