Very close to lake Hamilton and the Hamilton transport museum as well as the city centernnThis was my very first motel experience and wasn't aware regarding the check-out timings, but was charged an additional fee after clearing the room at the very first instance of receiving the notification. On call I was told that a min cleaning fee would be the best resolution of this issue, but a 50$ deduction was done instead with no response to my texts.nnI was absolutely surprised by getting such a good room even though I booked the thing with very little research.nnI would recommend people to plan a trip to Hamilton and stay here for a few days. But a little more clarity on the check-out timings would be very good as this information wasn't written on any of the mailed documents and there is no in-office staff available during weekends I think.
A very welcoming arrival.nThe room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Kim also gave us a lovely recommendation on a place to eat. Kim was amazing with helping us solve a problem with our online booking through a 3rd party agency. Thank you.nnKim the circus will be back.
Don't judge a book by it's cover! The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room also has a Smart TV, microwave and fridge.nThe host Kim was friendly and very helpful.nWill be booking again next time I visit Hamilton.
The motel owner is very friendly and give recommendation and tips on what to look out for during our trip. Cosy room with basic amenities and easy check in process. Overall satisfied and delightful experience, recommend this hotel when you goes to grampians for holiday.
Needed somewhere last minute to stay, found this little gem. Kim and Rohan are amazing hosts, with a well run motel and super helpful. Rooms are clean, modern and well stocked. We stayed in the Family Suite, 3 kids and 2 Adults with family dog and were very comfortable. Across the road from Hamilton Lake / Ansett Museum and in a great location. Highly recommended!
