Loved it! Had a guided tour through the park that was very informative, staff were very lovely and interactive with us. The Cafe there was good too for a quick bite before we entered and managed to snag a few souvenir style gifts from the shop for friends and family.

Friendly staff and good coffee by the koalas.  We went through the park a few times it's good that the entrance lasts for your stay on the island.

Good coffee and even for the non paying customers they have a few koalas and little baby critters you can check out in the coffee shop. Good for kids. Need a few fans near the tables in there though gets very hot and unpleasant to sit down.

Amazing experiences. Staff SO friendly and knowledgeable. Would come back again next time we visit Hamilton Island. Thank you!

Got to get pretty close to them animals and the tour was informative

Great breakfast and coffee, nice, friendly staff. Really good atmosphere with the Koalas around.

Limited range of Australian animals. Got through everything in about 20 mins.  Great for little kids.

Timed the tour by chance, what a nice surprise, kids would love it.
