Hallett Cove Conservation Park

A beautiful beach-side landscape with a wooden boardwalk and dirt trails that lead off it. Not wheelchair accessible to due hills and stairs but for those who are able to walk the terrain, it's a stunner. Nice café located on the southern end with plenty of street parking at multiple entrances.

One of the best coastal walks and only one hour from the city centre, you could even catch the train there. It is an ancient eroded valley leading down to a gravelly beach with lots of native shrubs and birdlife galore!

It is a really beautiful beach as it shows on website. Would love to go back again sometimes...

We love walking along the boardwalk to Hallett Cove conservation park and then thru the park back to the boardwalk. The views are magnificent! Sunsets are so picturesque.

During summer still amazing. Only one negative, the informative sign boards are great although repetitive with Nothing glacier movement and deposits. Well maintained paths considering the trades people left there offcuts onsite.
