Gavin is very helpful and willing to accommodate my request.  However, we needed more flute and I called up the shop.  Rebecca answered the phone and I distinctively asked for black flute and she said it was available.  Upon pickup, it was in chrome and she denied about my request.  The best part of it, she hide inside her office so you can only hear her office and not see her.  She does not have the guts to come out and admit her mistake. She just pushed the buck to the customer.

Very unprofessional service! The management ought to look into it before she tarnished the shop's reputation.

The handle broke while being installed. They didn't return calls I had to chase them. Four weeks later we will have it fixed and will be able to use our heater. Really bad communication.

Hallam heating are easy to deal with and more competitively priced than other heater shops.  Plenty of parking and great service.
