A fantastic shop with wonderful staff. Laurence shared his incredible knowledge on rug styles and quality to help us choose the perfect rug for our new home. We scored a gorgeous rug for a great price and it's brought our lounge space to life. He even personally delivered it to our home that very afternoon. Absolutely stoked :
I was specially looking for a William Morris patterned carpet. Hali stock a good range along with access to other carpets interstate. Laurence was competent, professional and delight to talk to about a whole range of carpet styles and the manufacturing process. He transported a selection of carpets to my residence which was over an hour and half away that assisted with my eventual decision, later I found out it was on his day off. Thank you Laurence.
We are absolutely in love with our rug. Laurence was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a rug to suit our lounge area. There were a few to choose from but we ended up selecting the Ajmer in Ash. We wanted a neutral palette in our small living space. He delivered it to our door and helped lay it out to see the finish look. We received it in time before xmas as promised. We receive many compliments from friends and family who are amazed by the quality and soft touch. This is not your standard rug store but if you are after quality, this is the place to buy.
We previously purchased rugs from Hali Adelaide appx 5yrs ago. It was the first and only place we went to recently when we needed rugs for our new home . The service is excellent - they delivered several rugs home and we had a “play” with them in our home with the help of their staff. They have a large range of modern and traditional rugs to suit all types of home decor. I thoroughly recommend Hali as one Adelaide’s best rug shops.
Visited Hali today to have a look at their rugs as we needed two for our new home. One outdoor for the AlFresco area and one for our TV room. After looking at the great selection in the shop Laurence very kindly offered to come to our house with 3 rugs so we could see them in our home. We ended up buying two beautiful rugs and are very happy. Laurence is a great salesperson, he was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. No pressure. He made such a big effort to make sure we were happy with our selection even going back to the shop to bring us another colour, which actually ended up a better fit. Thanks Laurence, we are very happy to recommend Hali for anyone looking for a beautiful carpet for their home.

The Hali staff were really generous with their time and effort in helping us work through different options and taking rugs home to trial. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process, which was important for investment items like a Hali rug. We couldn't be happier with where we landed for our living room rug.
Would give Laurence at Hali in Adelaide a 6 star rating if we could. He’s really gone over and above to help us. He brought our rugs to our house, was very accommodating when we realised some rugs were not right because of our furniture and colour palette. He gave us honest advice about what would work best for our purposes. At one point I felt he must be exasperated as the third rug he’d brought out I still felt didn’t quite suit, but he only reiterated that it’s important to get a rug that’s right for us. Jake was also very helpful and patient with us.
Having been disappointed with the service of near by stores for their lack of customer engagement, we left Hali knowing we’ll be back to buy another quality rug. Laurence provided us plenty to choose from, while being mindful of our design and style requirements.
Hail Rugs provided excellent advice in selecting the perfect rug for our imperfect scenario… we absolutely love the look and feel of the rug we chose as it changed the feel of the room completely!
