I am writing a review on behalf of my sister and her friend. I am DISGUSTED. How are they even operating I do not know. My sister and her friend paid over $400+ for something that turned out COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to what they wanted. Unfortunately they couldn't come to me as I am a qualified hairdresser and I was away at the time. When I seen their hair I nearly fell over. It is horrendous. For $400+ you expect the BEST service and to get what you WANT. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. TRAIN YOUR STAFF OR SHUT DOWN.

Terrible hair dresser. The hair cut I got was horrible and uneven. She butched my hair big time. Had to go to another hair salon to fix it.

Went into the store to purchase a silver toner for my bright blonde/white hair. Asked advice from a sales person who informed me she was a hairdresser. I was sold a professional toner that did not make my hair silver but turned my hair a light brown. I wouldn't recommend this store, very disappointed with their service. my hair is no longer a nice bright blonde, its a dull mousy brown

Absolutly atrocious service with unpredictable prices. My sister was scammed for 140 dollars for keratin treatment, her hair wasnt straight and the price was incrased from 100 to 140 after the treatment. Unacceptable service and compensation would be necceasary and neeeded.

Jess and catelin have been really nice. They remember what i get done and are always. Helping and suggesting things. Jess is absolutely sweet. Thank you girls.
