Just had a Keratin treatment done today and my hairdresser Tina? was absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly and did a very good job with my hair. She was also able to give me some good hair tips and recommendations for follow up care. Would definitely recommend her and will be coming back in the future. Thanks again!

Visited the salon today for a full head of foils by Krystyna - absolutely fantastic and couldn’t be happier.  The salon was so busy yet all the girls worked so well under pressure and the customer service provided was 100% - one of the girls even offered to grab me some lunch while I was processing thanks Mariah.  The girls made me feel so welcome and I left with some amazing samples that I can’t wait to try.  Will definitely be returning. 10/10.

Went in on Saturday to get my hair washed and blow dried for an event that night. Absolutely fell in love with the customer service I received as well as my hair once it was done!! I have long and very thick hair and they gave it a treatment and felt so good after it was all done. Thank you!! Will now only ever go here.

Great place to get a haircut! Staff were friendly and attentive. Chris gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair cut, she even gave me pointers on how to maintain my natural curls. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Got my hair chemically straightened on Sunday. I've had it done once before NOT with hairhousewarehouse and as soon as I wash my hair my hair went straight back to being curly. but not this time. I've just washed and dried my hair and it is still dead straight. I'm very happy and pleased I could not recommend hairhousewarehouse enough. Thank you for your amazing work. One very happy and pleased customer.

Terrible experience, don't know how to handle kinky curly hair even though they claimed they could, my hairdresser spoke down to me about my hair, made me feel so uncomfortable as she proded at my hair and insulted the texture. She was so clueless, I had to ask her to use heat protectant but even so still have me heat damage. Would never go back.

The staff are so rude here when I had a new ghd that cost $150 it was faulty .. the staff mocked me .. used my item in her hair yuck talk about not the right thing to do .. and was that rude I called consumer affairs .. lucky ghd took this issue a bored .. they are over priced and don't like to help u unless ur cash is going in there hand .. I used to always go to highpoint hair house where house and never in my 8 years had a issue shame on the . management lady who I had to wait to come back from the toilet 30 min . Two of the staff one a manager and other like her bff

I have never been to the brimbank salon before and was booked in with Shenelle. Having have met me before we talked like it's been ages since we've seen each other. She gave me very sound advice on my chosen hair style and future decision with colouring. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and left afterwards feeling very comfortable I had massive anxiety issues coming into the store but did not mention it. Thanks Hairhouse brimbank!

I got a terrible haircut job done at home not done by me, i swear and this lovely lady helped me transform my hair to sad to fab! She was amazing and customer service was great : Definitely worth it.

Very friendly staff that are excellent at what they do. Amazing products and when I was paying I was given samples. Good to see that some salons care about their customers.
