I showed pictures of what I wanted. Not a big change from what I had at the time. Just a few layers. Came out with a pixie cut. Could not have been further from the photos. I dont actually understand how the hairdresser got it so wrong. She didn't even cut it evenly.

What the hell happened. Went in at 10.30am for a simple cut and color for my wife. 4 hours later they still weren't done. Wasted our whole day. Not only that. The price on the board was $70 for a women's cut and colour, for some reason my wife was charged $180. And was given a blow dry even when she said she didn't want one and that we had to go because we were late to pick our son up from school.

I have taken my son here twice now and have been incredibly disappointed both times. The first time his head was shaved very short on the sides and half way up his head. It was too late once I saw the first stroke. (I asked for a trim not a shave) I decided to give them a 2nd chance a few months latet and this time was very clear about how I wanted his hair cut. It was worse than the first time. There was only 1 other person waiting, but this hairdresser was in such a rush, she hacked through his hair in less than 5 mins. It was looking ok until she pulled up his finge and cut it WAY too short, (basically no fringe left) and straight across with a chuck out in the middle. She was so careless that she even clipped my sons ear with the shaver wheb trimming around his ear. He was perfectly still, she was just on fast forward. I was cringing watching her do it. Yep, $10 is a bargain and I certainly wouldnt expect anything amazing. But I sure dont expect it to result in blood! I'd happily pay twice as much to have it done properly with more care, I'm going to have to take him somewhere else now to fix it up anyway. Rating for friendliness would be a 0. Absolutely no personal skills what so ever. And hair dressing skills out of a weetbix box. There won't be any 3rd chances I'm afraid.

Walked in at 720pm for a basic cut, shop closes at 8pm. Told they couldn't do it. Pretty ordinary.
