Sarah is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She is also just an absolutely beautiful character. All the staff at Hair Spectrum are so sweet and professional and passionate about their work. I have been going there every 4-8 weeks for almost a year now and I have the blonde colour I want and it is in perfect condition. The first time I went there I had brunette ombre and now I am an ashy/ platinum blonde and my hair is the healthiest it has ever been, the olaplex used has maintained the strength in my hair and has allowed me to maintain the length without breakage. In all my life I have never experienced such consistence and trust in a hairdresser as I experience with Sarah and the other staff. I highly recommend Hair Spectrum and have and will continue to refer them to friends and family 😊

They do the best hair. The girls are fantastic.

$82 trim. Burnt my scalp with scalding water during the wash. The hairdresser pushed three times to dye my hair in spite of me saying very clearly the first time that I did not want her to. The third time, I actually had to fend her off as she approached me with a can of colour spray saying that I'm "too young for gray hair". Management's response to my feedback was that I "obviously had a personality clash" with my stylist. Terrible service. Will not go back.
