It was good. Good Prices. Good behavior. Male & female both staff.... Ticket system. They don't accept card payment so when you go keep cash with you and specifically $20, $10 & 5$ notes only. Their machine don't accept bigger notes, and coins too I'm not 100% sure about coins. Go and get your token from the machine at the door. And come to your number. You can wait outside but I will recommend if the number is 6,7 number ahead of the current number in service than go and do grocery if you have to do or if you have to visit any other shop and then come back, your number will be about to come by then. In this way no need to sit and wait for your turn. When you go in the shopping center 1st go and get your ticket/token and then go around and come a little later. Excellent customer service. The receptionist and Kemmy were awesome. I had my hair trimmed in the wrong shape at the backside and I only realised it the next day. I went back the next day to enquire if it is possible to fix that area. They agreed and Kemmy did an amazing job redoing my hair.
Kemmy is the best, always so accomodating! All I have to do is to give her my 5 criteria and she gives me my hair cut I want. Nice and easy.

Good value for money but wait time is very very long, as in more than 1hr. You'd need to take a ticket from a cash-only ticket machine. Check the number shown on it before paying and the current number served and you'll get an idea of the queue.
Reasonably priced. Can get too busy hence the long waiting time. Best to get there during non peak hours.
Visit this haircut twice and end up give up and leave after 1 hour waiting. Feel frustrated, don't come here if you have more than 1 hour to spend on the waiting.
Only cut your hair on your rest day otherwise don’t come here. Waited for an hour to get my haircut.
Waiting time is beyond the joke. Have waited over a hour for a 10 minute haircut. It doesn't matter which day or time you go, its the same. Haircuts can be good or bad, depending on who you get. Most of the time the cuts are good, but had some bad ones.
